WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to our items being made to order, we cannot offer returns unless items are faulty.  

We offer a money back guarantee if you are unhappy with your purchase or it is faulty, just return the product to us and we will either replace or refund.  

We will work together with you for exchanges if this is a requirement. Please email us. 

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable. 

CAN YOU STOCK N-E-W-D-I-L-E?

Absolutely! Just drop us an email at jack.scott@newdile.com and we can discuss wholesaling our goods into your store.  

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE PRODUCTS?

If you have custom order please let us know, we are happy to make products to order.  

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do and we love our international customers who shop with us! Prices vary but please get in touch if your country isn’t listed.  

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we accept PayPal and all debit and credit cards (including Apple Pay Set up). 

CAN MY ORDER BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED?

An order can be changed or cancelled prior to production request; please ensure you email quickly. We can also exchange items after received under the policy but do not offer free return postage unfortunately.  

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Please note that we currently make our items completely to order so we can offer a high quality range across the products, this takes up to 7 days and should be noted, for custom jobs this can be longer but we will give you an estimate at the time of inquiry. If you need something within a quicker timescale please inform us via email.  

We ship via Royal Mail and you should receive your order 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched. We don’t ship on bank holidays.

International orders can be between 5-12 working days dependant on country.
